The York Wedding Chapel is located in York, South Carolina, a quaint, historic southern town close to the North Carolina State line.  It has a rich history of marrying couples since the 1940's.  In fact, Judge Nunn, married 20,000 couples during his tenure as the probate judge.  Although the probate judge no longer marries couples, you can still get married in York at the York Wedding Chapel.  We are perfect for weddings (and vow renewals) of varied sizes… from intimate ceremonies for two up to a ceremony that can accommodate 100 guests with reception.

Services offered by York Wedding Chapel vary and can be customized to suit the bride and groom.  Hundreds of couples have gotten married here in ceremonies officiated by Kellie Wine Mull, owner, or Brian Keith, an ordained minister.  As a life long resident of York, Kellie has contacts throughout the community and can assist you in various ways to make your wedding a wonderful, memorable event.

When you enlist the services of York Wedding Chapel, you will receive a heartfelt, inspirational ceremony that speaks to your hearts, as you become husband and wife.  Brian Keith delivers a non-denominational Christian service that is meaningful.  He speaks directly from the bible as he communicates the roles and responsibilities of the husband and wife.  He also includes personal prayers and blessings on your union during the ceremony.  As a notary, Kellie Mull also marries couples, performing both  civil and Christian services.  For the Christian service, she blends the marriage vows with inspirational bible readings and prayers. The civil service is a meaningful, thoughtful service that touches the hearts of those participating and those that are witnessing the event.

The magnificent setting of the Latta House as a backdrop for your wedding takes you back in time.  The house was built in 1824 and still retains its elegance and splendor.  As weddings are a timeless event, come to a place that reflects the history and importance of the occasion.
